Required Forms
The State of Maryland requires several forms before any child can be admitted into a approved licensed facility. Emergency & medical information is required to be updated yearly or as necessary. Updated immunization records should be sent in after doctor visits when they are received.
Admission
Children are admitted without regard to race, religion or national origin. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of $25.00 non-refundable registration fee and security deposit. Security deposits will hold spots for two weeks prior enrollment.
